1. What this site is

onewave.in is the website of OneWave. Using it means you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

2. What the diagnostic result is — and is not

The diagnostic scores six self-reported answers against five common failure points and tells you which one your answers point to. That is all it does.

• It is an opinion formed from what you told us, not an audit. We have not looked at your books, your ad accounts, your website or your customer records.
• It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and must not be relied on as any of those.
• It is not a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing on this site promises a result, a revenue figure, a number of customers, or a return on any spend.
• The arithmetic shown alongside your result is a formula for you to fill in from your own numbers. We deliberately leave the values blank rather than substituting an industry benchmark, because a benchmark from someone else’s business would be worse than nothing.

Decisions you make about your business are yours. We accept no liability for them.

3. Accuracy of what you tell us

The result is only as good as the answers. If you answer as you wish things were rather than as they are, the result will be wrong, and it will be wrong in the direction you pushed it.

4. Case study figures

Any figures published on this site are results achieved for a specific client, in a specific market, in a specific period, and are labelled as such. They are not a prediction of what would happen for you. Where a figure was produced in a different country or currency we publish rates and ratios rather than absolute costs, because cost-per-lead figures do not transfer across media markets and quoting them across currencies would mislead you.

5. Our content

The text, design, diagnostic questions and scoring on this site belong to OneWave. You’re welcome to quote or screenshot it with attribution. You may not copy the diagnostic wholesale and run it as your own.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the site up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneWave is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from use of this site or reliance on the diagnostic result. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
